Is it possible in Jira Cloud to advance issue status for more than one step using script?

I was wondering if there is anything similar to setting issue as mutable in server version but for Jira Cloud?
We recently migrated from stand alone to cloud and we are using some custom scripts where there is a need to advance an issue skipping status from the workflow and this should not be allowed for the UI users.

@Boyana Hristova I would suggest making a transition that can only be transitioned by a user with a certain permission.  Then run the script as that user and just have one transition occur.
