Is it posible to remove the following text 'Learn about priority levels' in the Priority field ?

When creating an issue, we use the standard Jira Priority field. In each story we have the Description text 'Learn about priority Levels' with a hyperlink and we would like to remove this text/hyperlink. Is this possible ? I cannot find the field in 'Custom Fields', nor do I see this option in the priorities screen of Jira.

I don't think there is any way to remove the mentioned hyperlink since it is available by default on the create screen.
