Is it correct that the projectlinks are gone in JIRA (cloud)? I want to include links in certain projects.

That's correct. The official term is project shortcuts, but that are url/links.

The urls for projects are still there. I'm not sure what you are missing.

In the left side bar i usually could at 'project shortcuts'; a name and a url. But i'm missing them in the left sidebar in my new projects.
