I was doing a demo, showing how JSD can automatically get the data from a CI (hardware) reported with failure status, so this asset has already been reported with a failure, this status is taken to the the CI on the CMDB.
The client asked me if JSD can be integrated with the Servicernow CMDB to do the same capabilities of tracking but with the servicenow CMDB

Is ti Possible? or What are the fields available to sync in the integration?

This is Majid @ Exalate.
It is possible to sync from JSM to ServiceNow using a synchronization solution like Exalate. Issues/ tickets etc can be moved bi-directionally and the integration can be controlled at a very granular level.
