Just wondering if it is possible to in some way have access to content from other projects visible/accessible in your own project, and how to make this happen?
Thanks,
Jira does not have a concept of sub-projects. Most of the advice you'll find will start talking about using "components" to distinguish between different parts of a project.

I have seen a few implementations of Jira where the 'project' is a customer or larger category like a work stream. Inside the Jira project, initiatives are used for a specific projects, with epics for the project phases, and stories or tasks for the actions and deliverables required.
For visibility you would need to have access for all the Jira projects relating to your actual project.
Does this help?
