Hello @Glaydson Arantes Pereira ,

It's not down but there is a current issue with the app disconnecting user authorization, causing various errors like the one you are seeing.

We are currently reviewing this issue with our Engineering Teams. From our initial research, it looks like this issue is also affecting some other Atlassian account apps (not just the google sheets integration), which are reporting pretty much the same symptoms of random de-authorization of an end-user from accessing the content.

Unfortunately, we still don't have a root cause for this, but rest assured we're working on it and we will have a fix out really soon.

For some users experiencing this issue fully closing the browser (i.e. Right-click and Quit the application) or doing a hard refresh on the page and relaunching will re-authenticate and allow the application to reconnect, however, if this does not resolve the connections take the following action to recreate the authentication:

  1. Go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/apps
  2. Next, if “Jira Cloud for Spreadsheets” is listed, then click on “Remove access".
  3. Then, try to go through the “Connect” process from the add-on’s side panel in Google Sheets again to force a rebuild of the connection and authorization.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Earl
