I keep getting a message about currency and percentage formats every time I do anything in Jira. I have clicked Dismiss many, many times. Is anyone else having this issue? What should I do?

@deseymour, it hasn't started popping up on all instances, but I know for one where I mainly work now, it keeps jumping out and won't go away when I click dismiss
