Is anyone aware of how you can detect if a JIRA was ever assigned to a tempo team?

Hi Team, Is anyone aware of how you can detect if a JIRA was ever assigned to a tempo team in the history of the JIRA. 

For example how can I create an advanced search that will pick up that the below JIRA item was at one point in its history assigned to Tempo team 134. 

I don't have access to the cloud version of JIRA.
