Label field's selectable values can be both project-specific and seen across multiple projects, depending on the type of label:
-Built-in labels are global by default, but their visibility and editability can be controlled per project.
-Custom "Select List" or "Single Select" fields can be scoped to specific projects, allowing unique value sets for each.
