Is Teams '25 Worthwhile?

As an Atlassian Admin, is attending Teams '25 in person worthwhile? Based on the agenda I'm a little concerns it's going to be mostly plug-in vendors pushing their tools and very little actual information (outside of AI).

Do any of the Atlassian product teams or team leads attend? I could use a good 10 hours to just sit and talk with the JSM product team, but even 30 minutes would be beneficial.

I am being challenged to justify my attendance and struggling to provide a valid reason other than I think it could be helpful.

Short answer, Yes it is worth it.

Long answer, It depends.  While they will be a lot of Partners there, the addon Vendors are mostly in the Expo hall, while some may have a session in the breakout sessions, most will have their talks in the expo theaters.  Looking at the agenda over 80% of the sessions are led by Atlassians.  The Atlassian section of the expo hall is staffed by members of the product teams and are a wealth of knowledge,  It all depends on the reason you want to attend.  

If you only want to interact with Atlassian and other Admins/Customers, it is very possible.

Half of the talks are also Atlassian talking about future directions or using the products better in various ways.

I go to talk to people in the Atlassian community, so when things change or I have problems I can reach out and talk with them.

Atlassian PMs are more likely to respond to a set of specific suggestions filed somewhere than giving you 30 mins to overwhelm them. The community.atlassian.com has occasional EAP opportunities. If you have an Atlassian Assisted Services person, they can connect you.
