I want to know when Jira Cloud sends an email out if it is using TLS 1.2.  Thank you.

Hi @Kevin Lee ,

Jira Cloud supports TLS 1.2 for email notifications. According to the Atlassian official documentation-Supported security protocols for Atlassian cloud products , Jira Cloud only supports TLS 1.2 and above for any email received or sent. This ensures that email communication from Jira Cloud is secure and encrypted using the latest TLS 1.2 protocol.
