Is Jira Cloud for Excel available with Premium or Enterprise levels?

Curious if this plugin or other plugins come with upgrading to either Premium or Enterprise. We are looking at upgrading and I would like to know if these other two levels have some additional plugins. 

Jira Cloud for Excel is one we are particularly interested in.

Jira Cloud for Excel is a Microsoft Excel add-in that is available from Microsoft AppSource, therefore it's not tied to any Jira tier or product level. It works for many Jira users in a number of use cases, especially simple ones. Additionally, there is an Excel export feature (for the desktop version) which is a static list export, and it doesn't really satisfy Excel reporting requirements.

Note that the add-in is not compatible with every Excel version, which poses a risk if you are looking to build professional Excel reporting on it.

It is available at all levels including free I believe. I use it in standard all the time.
