Is Atlassian Intelligence capable of searching completed stories for conflicts with a new story? 

Several of our clients ask for configuration that contradicts a story from months prior or a story developed by someone no longer on the team. There are hundreds or thousands of stories spanning years so it is not feasible to rely on our memory or linking stories to verify contradictions. This would allow clients to view the reason behind each story and determine the best course of action or an alternative to the conflicting request.

Possibly; what level of access do clients have?

Atlassian Intelligence is going to use search to find them - and can generate JQL to match what question it is asked.

But this assumes the right question is asked - eg.

• Q: Find any done issue which mentions test in the description, returns...

• JQL: statusCategory = "Done" AND description ~ "test"
