We have been a very happy JIRA customer for several years. In the course of renewing our license this year, we were told by our IT department that we could only continuing using the Atlassian Cloud if it is FEDRAMP certified. As far as I can tell, both reading https://www.atlassian.com/cloud/security and in the document that was emailed to me (not attached) you guys are not FEDRAMP certified. Can you confirm whether or not you are FEDRAMP certified for me? We’d like to continue using JIRA so we may have to explore a solution that involves hosting JIRA onsite or on a FEDRAMP certified cloud provider (like AWS).
Hi @Christopher Chapman, wondering if you ever heard anything else or followed up with Atlassian about this? We were forced to migrate to an on-premise instance for the same reasons but I would like to know if FedRAMP is in the works at Atlassian so we can (hopefully) migrate back to the cloud.
Thanks!
Kristen
