There are 4 sprints in board
User is able to get edit and delete option for two boards and for the other boards user is unable to get that options

I would verify whether the boards are calling tickets from different projects. If so, ensure that the user has permissions for manage sprint in all of them: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/sprint-permissions-and-defined-processes-983794894.html#:~:text=To%20set%20up%20permissions%20for,for%20creating%20and%20scheduling%20sprints.
For example of you have a board that calls issues from project a and project b, but don't have permissions on project b, so you won't be able to modify the board. Also ensure that the user is a project board admin.
