I invited an external member to a specific Jira space, but they are able to access other spaces beyond the one I shared. Please tell me how to configure the settings to restrict access.
Hi @제이슨
The access to individual spaces is set up through permissions, unless set up differently by your org or product admins, all spaces will typically share the same permissions.
Access to spaces is controlled by the Browse Projects permission, and if this is set up to include roles such as 'Any logged in user', 'Public', or a group which your external user has been added to then they will be able to access all spaces:
Your org / product admin will have to check the permissions scheme for who is included in the Browse Projects permission and make it more secure. They will also then have to make sure that your external user has access to the required project by modifying the permissions scheme to include a specific role.
@제이슨 May i kas you how you have been invited and is the pther spaces belong to the same site?
Does you granted the Jira product license and checked the other jira spaces permissions?
Thank you

I accessed the space and used the share button to share it with an external user.
I couldn’t find the page where I can restrict access to other jira spaces.

@제이슨 I think you can contact to user site-admin or org-admin to check whether that user has access to the site or not?
