Invite failed to reach out to a person

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

The system failed to send invite to a person. That person insisted that the invite no show in in-box nor spam folder. We tried his another email but still not working. That's very strange.

I probably need someone who can look into my project history to clarify. I leave the email id of the problematic accounts here for reference:

"kwm" and "wemin.kuo"

For both of the emails, there are no bounces or blocks, and checking on your tools, the notifications are being delivered:

Can you ask them to go to id.atlassian.com and try to log in?
