Invitaion Email not recived

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

My manager has sent me mulptiple invites to join a project but when I am checking my emails I am not reciving any invitations. I have checked correct spelling , my mailbox isn't full. I have also verified via screen shots that my manager has sent emails.

Hi Narinder, welcome to the Community. Are you already able to login to the Jira instance and you are unable to access a specific project? Or are you saying your manager is inviting you to the Jira instance? If you can login, see if you can find the project. If you can't log in when you go to the URL try this...

  • have your manager go to Settings > system > audit log and confirm that he added you
  • check your junk mail
  • are others able to receive invites?
  • have your manager check your status under Settings > User management
