Introduction gadget on Dashboard

Introduction gadget on Dashboard

Hi everyone, firt timer here

A simple question, but customizing the Introduction gadget on a dashboard changes it for everyone or just my dashboard? I know it might sound simple, but the confirmation messages and configurations seems to be for everyone else, so it made me really insecure.

Correct. That gadget is a system wide gadget as an Introduction to using Jira and dashboards. What is your goal? Maybe the Rich Text gadget could be an alternative?

I'm creating a Research repository on Jira and, as it's now the usual use of the tool, I would like to leave a message to some guides we created.

I have't tried this rich text gadget as I haven't seen it yet, but will give it a try, for sure.

I'm sorry @Jack Brickey , but I haven't been able to find this rich text gadget. Is there another name? the only gadget I could find to leave any text was this introduction, which won't work.
