Interpreting Organization codes in Excel export

When I export issues to Excel, the organization name is not included; the field "Custom field (Organizations)" is numeric, but I need to have Organization names for my report.  How can I convert these numeric fields into what I see in the UI?  How can I export the cross-reference table?

Hello Drew and welcome to Atlassian Community!

Currently, when exporting a CSV, the organization will be shown as an ID. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of the ability to show the name of the organization instead:
