Internal server error on API, when trying to getupdated issues from a date

I have the next request to the API  and it was working until 2 days ago and now I only get "Internal server error" : 

https://mydomain.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/search?jql=updated>2019-01-20&expand=changelog&startAt=0&maxResults=100

Any Ideas why this happened?
