Internal Server Error when connecting Automation Rule to Virtual Service Agent (VSA) Intent Flow

I'm getting an "Internal Server Error" when trying to link an automation rule to a "Run Automation rule" step inside a Virtual Service Agent (VSA) intent conversation flow.

The problem:
When I select the automation rule L3_General_Support_Assistant from the dropdown in the "Run Automation rule" step, two validation errors appear even though the rule IS selected:

  1. "An Automation rule must be selected in the 'Run Automation rule' node"

  2. "This field is required"

When I click Save changes, I get the error:
"We couldn't perform the requested action — Internal Server Error"

help you reconfigure the automation rule trigger.

Hi @Ramya R

I'm not suer, but as the VA runs on the help center, as their multiple JSM spaces on the help center?

Then I think the automation rule needs to be scoped to "global", I don't think this can be on a single space level.

I can't test this, but this might be the case.
