Hello,

How do i Create an internal issue?

Should i need to add a new Issue Type "Internal" in Jira?

Create a new Epic and below that Create all tasks with Various leaves lik(Sick Leave, Vacation)?

I suspect this might be a Tempo question?  Tempo supports a way of doing "internal" issues which help out with time-sheeting non work activities like illness and holiday.

If you're not going to do it with Tempo, then some other ideas are:

• Actually, yes, an Epic that groups together issues by how you're logging them could well be a really good approach.  One worth looking into if you have a good need to record this stuff inside projects. 
• The other easy approach is a non-work project with issue types of vacation, sickness, training, parental leave, and so-on. 
• Or a whole project for each type of non-work
