Hello,

 

I am looking to bulk update the "Summary" field for a list of issues using Internal Importer (Excel File) but the update is not effected post import. Can you guys help me out here

In order to update existing issues you will need to specify the issue key when doing a csv/excel import. Here is Atlassian's documentation on the topic:
