Intermittent "Something went wrong" SSO Login Error on Jira/Confluence Data Center
We are operating SAML SSO login in a Jira/Confluence Data Center environment.
When users attempt to log in to Jira or Confluence via SSO, they are intermittently encountering the "Something went wrong. We couldn't log you in..." error page, as shown in the attached screenshot.
Error Symptoms:
An Error Identifier is displayed on the error page (e.g.,
7f1f11e3-be1f-4cde-a233-514cf2ccaa4b).The user can typically log in successfully after refreshing the page or clicking "Return to login" and trying again.
