Intermittent issue for MAC users after JIRA upgrade

We have upgraded our JIRA application from 8.5.6 to 8.20.2.  However, after upgrade, we are facing intermittent issue only for MAC OS users only.  We get message that "Communication Breakdown" and user has to refresh to start working again.  Did anyone face issue similar to this ?

@Ganesan Venkatesan What browser is this occurring in?   Do you have any apps installed on your instance?
