Interesting Scenario and Important : Multi Active Sprints in a single Jira Project

Dear All

I have an interesting scenario to share and ask for suggestions 

I have 5 different Teams who will have different EPICS/STORIES/tasks but each team wants to have their own active sprint however the Product Backlog will be one from where the stories will be picked and dragged to different sprints. 

I want to have this maintained under a single Jira Project 

Please suggest how to go about

I need one more help 

Suppose that each board on the backlog requires a separate workflow to be followed 

For example 

Team 1 - Board 1 - will have To Do - In progress - done 

Team 2 - Board 2 - will have - To Do - In Dev - In Review - Done 

How can we go about ? 

Should we have separate workflow for each board or one workflow with all possble statuses  ? 

Any pointers shall help
