Integration with Storiesoboard.com

Does my free plan give me the capability of integrating with stories onboard.com? I have tried using my user info and it says there is an error authenticating in Jira, there is no user account with the email address.

For this app I noticed an addon : https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1226321/storiesonboard-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud . But looks like this is paid addon. Are you following different integration steps ? Please share the steps that you are following.
