Integration with Slack (Bug handling)

Hi, 

Anyone having a great solution for reporting bugs in Slack and then move these to Jira automaticly?
My employees are using Slack and it is easy for them to use. I would like a solution where they just write bugs in Slack and then it import to Jira where tech can handle the bugs and priorities it.

Great question, reducing the switching between tools can help teams feel more efficient. With the official Jira Cloud for Slack app by Atlassian, you can select a message in Slack and have it create an issue in Jira.

After connecting to a Jira instance (the bot will help you do this in Slack), you can click the '...' menu in the upper right of a Slack message to create a Jira issue:

A message from the integration will then let you edit the issue text if you need, and ask you which project and issue type should be used.

You can also use the 'Attach to issue' option to add the message to an existing Jira issue.
