Hi Guys,
Please help me with articles for integration of my org's JIRA instance with MS Teams and MS Outlook.
Thanks in advance!
Hi @darshan.s1 ,
besides your own research through Google or suitable AI search engines, the best start would be the following documentation:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/integrate-jira-cloud-with-microsoft-teams/
If the built-in integration doesn't suffice for your use cases, I can recommend searching the Atlassian Marketplace (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/) for the keywords TEams and Outlook. This surfaces great apps that you can chose from.
Also feel free to reach out to the vendors of these apps via support ticket and explain your use cases so that they can recommend how to setup their app or whether it's suitable at all.
I hope that helped!
Greetings
Philipp

In case you're going the Marketplace route, there are options to integrate Jira and Microsoft. My company yasoon is specialized in connecting Microsoft and Atlassian tools.
Microsoft 365 for Jira might be an option for you, as it offers deep integration between Jira, Microsoft Teams and Outlook, including creating and updating Jira issues directly from Teams, turning Outlook emails into Jira tickets, syncing conversations with Jira, and tailoring notifications to your workflows.
Beyond individual features, we offer ready made use cases to adapt Microsoft 365 for Jira to your specific processes, such as internal ticketing, incident management, HR service management, recruitment, and stakeholder communication. You can check out the docs here.
