Integration of Amazon Quick suite

Does Amazon Quick Suite (AI) have the necessary capabilities to access the Jira Admin Hub and automate the processing of project access requests and user management? Is it possible for the Amazon Quick Suite connector to access the Atlassian Admin Hub API?
