Hello Ole,
Thank you for finding and reporting this issue. The first steps we would suggest to attempt to resolve this issue would be to remove the Application links from both sides, then once the application links are removed you should add them again to the applications.
Please test this out and let us know the results. If you’re still having the issue after this I will create a support request on your behalf to get this addressed.
