Integration between Freshdesk and JIRA

Hi,

We have been using the JIRA app through the Freshdesk marketplace. Anyone can create a JIRA through the add on that is available on Freshdesk space. Now my issue is, whenever I create the JIRA the name of creator is shown as engineering principle.

Can I have the actual reporters name instead of engineering principle?

Can I parse the Freshdesk ticket ID into JIRA fields so that when I download the JIRA dump I get to know which JIRA is linked with Freshdesk ticket ID?

The reporter will always be the account that is used to connect the application together.  You are also limited to the fields that the Freshdesk connector con populate in Jira.  You can make specific Freshdesk data available in the Jira issue through the connector.  I would suggest looking at the documentation it will show you how to show this information and map some of the items you are asking about https://support.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/50000000067
