Integrating with SmartBear Collaborator with JIRA

We are trying to setting up SmartBear Collaborator to work directly with both Subversion and Jira.

What are the steps I need to do to get this to work?

After some time digging on SmartBear and Atlassian documentation, I found the following article that explains how you can configure your SmartBear collaborator with JIra Cloud or Server Application:

JIRA Integration with SmartBear 

Basically, Jira Cloud can be connected directly from SmartBear under ADMIN > Remote System Integrations > Issue-Tracking Services, while Jira Server requires the installation of the Collaborator plug-in to enable the integration between both applications.

I installed Collab trial version : 11.5.11500  but couldn't find  Issue-Tracking Services to integarte it with JIra cloud using API . Can anyone let me know why is it so ?
