Integrating with Active Directory will change existing Jira users?

If I already have users created in Jira, integrating with Active Directory will change existing Jira users?
Context: I want to integrate Jira with Active Directory so when I create new users in AD or disable them from AD these changes will replicate in Jira.

Hi @Francisco Ruiz Huidobro ,

You should make sure that your existing users have the same username in Jira and in the AD before you connect the AD.

Then Jira will be able to match the users. If the user name does not match, the users will have two accounts.
