Has anyone successfully integrated JIRA with HPSD for managing incidents?

I'd like to leverage the flexibility of JIRA with the robustness of HPSD's ITIL engine.

I assume you're asking about some form of software really. Could you explain what the software does, and what you mean by "integration"? It's a very vague word and really doesn't tell anyone anything about what you actually want the two systems to do.
