Integrating 1 Jira Account to Multiple Zoho Desk Portal

Been scrolling around the internet, and found no luck so far.

We have 2 zoho desk portals as they have different nature of business. But we want to integrate it using 1 jira admin account.

Has anyone tried it? Will it work, or do I need to have separate accounts in Jira as well?

I don't wish to create a new google account. If we need to have separate JIRA account, can we outsmart it using alias?
