Hi, I want to know if, Jira has got any in built connector for integrating Jira to Salesforce Sales Cloud. I can see one option there to connect with Salesforce Service Cloud though. I am looking to integrate few custom objects. I know many connectors are available in the market to do this job. I want to explore if there is option available that can be set up internally.
Integrate with SalesForce Service Cloud | Jira Service Management Cloud | Atlassian Support
Hi @Nitesh Agarwal and welcome to the Community!
The article you linked is the only native SF integration I am aware of out of the box. As it states, this is an integration for Jira Service Management that is still in an early stage and only available to a limited set of customers. That usually means it is in a closed beta stage, currently being tested / further developed.
If you need something right now or you are not on JSM, you're probably better off setting up an integration through a connector app.
Hope this helps!
@Walter Buggenhout Is this no longer in beta? And is it now available for Salesforce Sales Cloud? As the original poster mentioned, Atlassian has only provided documentation for Salesforce Service Cloud. Thank you.
