I am looking for recommendations for an instructor-led training course that covers administration of user access for Confluence and Jira.
In lieu of named course recommendations, I would take a link to anywhere that provides the syllabus for instructor-led courses so I can see what topics are covered in them.
To find out what is covered in an instructor-led course, I searched for the course instructor and the course topic/name and found an outline of the course content on a third party website.
Welcome @Laurie Thompson

Is there a link to somewhere that describes course content? I can see the titles of the instructor-led courses, but I haven't been able to find a description of the course content to ensure that setting up user access for Confluence and Jira (and what users are authorised to do) is included.

I think these page gives you a good start when it comes to understanding different concepts of user management when in Jira.

Confluence is simpler because there is not that many options compared to Jira.
It is kind of a broad topic depending on what you want to include (Atlassian Guard, external SSO/IDP or defining a best practice for groups and permissions).

Thanks for the links, Staffan. They will be helpful for reference after attending instructor-led training.
