Instance completely corrupted after failed import

We tried an import from a server backup, it failed and now the cloud instance always returns to the error screeen of the import, you cannnot do absolutely nothing, you always return to the scren below, Bildschirmfoto 2020-10-21 um 19.41.04.pngthing with it

Hi Wolfgang,

When you tried to import, have you gone through all the steps from the Checklist

For me it looks like a nasty DB issue with some wrong values. I would run all the Integrity Checks from the admin panel and check the logs from the server side before trying to upload anything to cloud. 

I guess now your next step would be to reach the Atlassian Support for a rollback and try yiur fixed import again.
