I have been running Jira over http by using port 3330 and now I would like to run Jira over https I have tried everything but I am unable to setup Jira over https please help.
My Operating system details
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS
Release: 16.04
Codename: xenial
Jira Installation Directory
/var/atlassian/application-data
I have installed SSL certificate with 4443 port and it runs good with hosted sites, I do not know how to accomplish the same with Jira. I've spent 2 days before logging my issue here, I have also purchased Lynda's premier subscription in order to do this but no help from there as well.
Any help to fix this will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Chetan Chitte

Best!
Unfortunately your link did not help at all. I was unable to run GUI app (Portecle) on Ubuntu Server.
Can you provide live support on this please? Or any proper video or text tutorial on this would be helpful. Jira is very big and Ubuntu OS is also not very uncommon. Any quick help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
