Installing Jira Gantt Chart Plugin free but requires license message

When we installed Jira Gantt Chart free version it says it requires a license when we use the Gantt pulldown

This is on a test server non production use

Actually, from the plugin's page, the JIRA Gantt-Chart Plugin it seems this plugin indeed needs a license (it's a paid plugin). :/
