Installing Jira Command Line Interface (CLI)

During installation

Setup: Configure your Atlassian Cloud connection

Documentation shows an email for "Atlassian Cloud URL", and when I enter the URL, it will not connect.  I don't know why the documentation has an email.  Is there more information as to what is required here and troubleshooting?
