Install from Jira V 7.1.10 to Jira V 7.13.13

Do I need to walk Jira up from V7.1.10 to V7.13.12, or can I install straight to V7.13.12 from V7.1.10?

Also, do I need a new license since I just renewed the Jira support contract. SEN-15742254

you can go directly from 7.1.10 to 7.13.12, no need to do intermediate upgrades. For your license, you can contact Atlassian support directly here : https://support.atlassian.com
