Insights are enabled in Jira Software Cloud but they still appear to be locked on board.

View aggregated data permission is enabled in Jira Software Cloud and the board is associated with a specific project with JQL filter, but insights still appear to be locked.  I can view Insights on other boards that are associated with other projects.  Any suggestions on how to fix?  Thank you!

I'm using company managed scrum project.

Please check the Board filter, if board filter is consist of any other project. insights will not work.

When all stories are estimated and in active sprint I'm able to see Insights. please give a try.

Thanks for replying!  The board filter references only one project.  I checked again today and Insights is now loading, so maybe it was just a temporary glitch.
