Insights - Active Users; what defines active?
Hello,
The BETA Insights feature for Jira Software Cloud is very promising. However, I am struggling as to why the "Active users" listed on the graph is different (lower) than the total count of active users I see under the graph.
In addition, when I go to export, it exports all users. I would have expected it to only export users for Jira Software and make it very clear on the file which are active or not.
It looks like I could save a lot of licenses by the graph, but from the export it's a different story.
