I am the administrator for my Jira instance. My trial ended on April 29, 2026, and I am currently seeing an overdue amount of USD 229.97.
I have two main concerns and would appreciate your clarification before I proceed with any payment:
Invoice Clarity:
I am currently trying to downgrade my subscription to the Standard plan immediately, as I do not intend to continue with the Premium plan. However, the system is preventing me from completing this downgrade because of the "Overdue" status (USD 229.97).
If I add 10 additional users to my account now (before the payment is processed), will these users be billed under the Standard plan rate or the current Premium rate?
Total Amount Transparency: The current payment page shows an "Overdue amount" and states that "Tax will be applied once the invoice is generated." Could you please provide a way for me to see the final, total amount (including all applicable taxes) before I authorize the payment? I am concerned about unexpected charges and would like to confirm the exact final total before completing the transaction.
Please let me know how I can resolve the current overdue status and add users at the correct rate.
