[Inquiry] Change of Confluence Email Provider (Daou Office → Google Workspace)

Dear Atlassian Support Team, this is Donghwa Cho from Redbutton.

Currently, our Confluence account is connected with Daou Office email.

We are planning to migrate our email system to Google Workspace, but the domain address (@redbutton.co.kr) will remain the same.

In this regard, I would like to confirm the following: If we switch the email provider from Daou Office to Google Workspace, will the existing login connections for Confluence, Jira, and Slack remain the same?

If additional configuration is required, what specific settings should we update in Atlassian? After the email provider change, will all existing Confluence data (pages, comments, attachments, etc.) remain intact?

안녕하세요, 레드버튼 조동화입니다.

현재 저희 컨플루언스 계정은 다우오피스 메일과 연결되어 있습니다. 곧 메일 시스템을 Google 워크스페이스(Google Workspace)로 전환할 것이지만, 대신 주소(@redbutton.co.kr)은 동일하게 유지됩니다.

다우오피스에서 구글로 변경할 경우, 기존 컨플루언스,지라, 슬랙 연결(로그인)은 그대로 유지되는지요?

만약 추가 설정이 필요하다면 Atlassian에서 어떤 설정을 해야 할까요?

변경 후에도 기존 컨플루언스 자료(페이지, 댓글, 첨부파일 등)는 모두 그대로 유지되는지 확인 부탁드립니다.
