Inline "Create Issue" button in Active Sprint

Hi, Dear Community!

We have the following case, but don't know if it is the logic or an issue :)

In the Backlog, under the Active sprint, I don't have the "Create issue" button, but my colleagues informed me that they had it, and it has disappeared.

I can inform that the board's filter contains only one project, and we have permission to create an issue in that project.

Please advise.

Do you and your colleagues have the "Manange Sprint" permission?

It seems like this is not granted to you and your colleagues.

Thanks for the information, but I am a Jira Admin and have all the permissions for that project. Also, that colleague has that permission.
Also, this "issue" has appeared in all projects

As your tags mention you are on DC, I advise to check the logs.

You might need to reboot the instance.
