Inline editing of Summary line is very, very small

We are upgrading from JIRA 5.0 to JIRA 6.1. On some of our issues when we select the Summary field for inline editing it is showing us a very small window (can barely read it). But on other issues including newly created ones, we get the full box size for editing. This happens on IE, Firefox and Chrome. Happens within the same project.
